We were asked to create a project that allowed for all current data to be migrated with various integrations to the new site all wrapped up in a lovely new responsive design that focused on the user experience.
MAH also needed a bespoke pre-order system and that needed to work in a specific way based on the needs of the business. it had to be robust and flexible.
PLANNING - Comprehensive client led planning stage focusing on user journey and experience
DESIGN - Mobile led design phase incorporating latest design practices.
DEVELOPMENT - team led M2 dev phase based on core, frontend and integrations.
Once we had clearly scoped this out, we implemented an agile, feature driven development process in order to achieve the clients goals. This included the build of a custom channel manager to handle the integrations came next with 3rd party systems such as Shipstation as well as the payment gateways and custom Magento order types.
